AMAMA, the Delhi-based jewellery brand, has secured USD 1 million in funding led by Mistry Ventures LLP to fuel its expansion plans. The company aims to scale operations, strengthen infrastructure, and grow its design team.

Existing investors Fireside Ventures, Sparrow Capital, Prath Ventures, and Alteria Capital participated in the round. With this, the company has raised almost $20 million to date. The fresh funds will be used to expand its retail footprint and enhance its product offerings.

Denmark’s apparel imports from Turkiye fell 6.9 per cent to $87.7 million in Q1 2025.
Cotton garments dominated, making up nearly 64 per cent of imports.
Trousers and shorts led with a 41 per cent share, followed by T-shirts and jerseys.
Overall, 2024 imports from Turkiye totalled $336.6 million, down 4.27 per cent from 2023.

Total imports for 2024 stood at $19.698 billion.
Annual apparel imports declined from $24.115 billion in 2022 to $20.285 billion in 2023.
