Twelve out of 20 global apparel buyers have not shifted work orders from Bangladesh despite the domestic unrest and have been maintaining order stability, a survey by the Business and Human Rights Resource Centre found.
Several brands were reluctant to offer information on the impact of the protests on how they have ensured responsible purchasing practices and protection of worker welfare.
