Jordan’s textile-RMG exports to US to be exempt from customs duties

Jordan’s textile-garment exports to the US will be exempt from customs duties under the Reciprocal Trade Agreement signed in Washington, the former’s Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Yarub Qudah said.
The latter will also reduce reciprocal tariffs on other Jordanian exports to 10 per cent under the deal.
Jordan will continue to grant duty-free access to US exports under the 2001 bilateral FTA.

Norway apparel imports grow; India’s market share slips in Jan-April

Norway’s apparel imports rose 5 per cent to $806.86 million in January-April 2026, but India’s exports slipped to $36.32 million, reducing its market share to 4.50 per cent.
