Prada has acquired a 10% stake in Italian leather group Rino Mastrotto, signaling its intent to tighten control over its production chain. As part of the deal, Prada will contribute its Conceria Superior and Tannerie Limoges tanneries, along with an unspecified cash investment, to Rino Mastrotto.
