Imports also rose 20.84 per cent MoM.
Fabric imports gained 5.96 per cent YoY to £515 million, while fibre imports continued to fall.
Q2 2025 clothing imports grew 2.34 per cent YoY but eased slightly from Q1, signalling steady yet moderating demand recovery.

France’s Kering & Mayhoola reaffirm long-term Valentino partnership

US’ textiles & apparel exports fell 3% to $13 bn in Jan-July 2025

US textile and apparel exports fell 3.05 per cent to $13.01 billion in January–July 2025, OTEXA data showed.
Shipments to key markets like Mexico, Honduras, Canada, and China declined, while exports to the Netherlands, Japan, Belgium, and Guatemala grew.
